PartyPail.com sells to customers throughout the world from its headquarters in beautiful Enumclaw, Washington. Enumclaw is a wonderful rural town of around 10,000 people in western Washington.
PartyPail.com is operated by PartyPail, Inc., a Washington State corporation. The founders wanted to help parents, family members, and friends simplify the sometimes stressful, and often challenging task of planning baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, and birthday parties.
They set about creating an Internet-based retailer of extraordinary baby showers, wedding showers, and birthday parties for busy people. Shower and Party supplies are organized by theme allowing our customers to easily create their own unique, coordinated package of decorations and favors.
Customers love PartyPail because their parties and showers are so successful. In far less time than they imagined, they are able to throw the baby shower, wedding or bridal shower, or party that everybody talks about for weeks, months, or years to come.
All of this is built on simple ideas: careful selection of only the best products, excellent service to customers, familiarity with the latest decorating trends, and an intuitive online store.

Partypail.com has been operating for over 5 years, and has served over 150,000 customers. Our founders Lisa and Edward Hechter operate the company on a very simple, and straight forward Customer Service Principle:

The means we pay personal attention to each order, and strive to make everyone's shower, party, or event as easy and stress free as possible.
PartyPail is a team of over 25 people devoted to living and working in a family friendly, community oriented lifestyle. Our offices are more likely to be visited by our children than by vendors or corporate visitors. Over 80% of our employees are part of what we call the "Mom-Squad", a brigade of mothers (and grandmothers) who arrive in "waves" to answer customer calls, prepare orders, and handle shipments. They love the flexible hours and family friendly environment we've created. They are the people you talk to when you call, and they carefully and lovingly prepare each order for shipment. Most of these people were are dear friends even before we started this business, and now we are incredibly blessed to have them as co-workers. We are truly blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing group of talented, hard working people like this.
The PartyPail Team prides itself on its commitment to service in the local community. PartyPail is a family friendly company, enabling its employees to have the flexibility needed to be great parents, and wonderful members of the PartyPail team. Family comes first at PartyPail! All PartyPail team members are given the freedom to pursue their local community service goals whether it be volunteering in the schools, working with children's programs such as Scouting and Sports, or devoting time to their favorite service organization.
Boy how we've grown - OVER 150,000 PARTIES AND GROWING
Like most small businesses, we started operations in our kitchen and we used our garage for our warehouse. Our first day of operations, we processed two orders. Over our first weekend, we had 7 orders - you can see our first "busy weekend" of shipments, all 7 of them, laying on our kitchen floor ready for shipment on Monday.
Our first "workers" were our two young sons who loved to help us stock the shelves and pack the boxes. As we've grown, we've had to relocate twice in the past 4 years. (The boys still like to "work" in the warehouse, but sometimes it's simply because they have enough room to use a scooter or skateboard.) Initially, we moved from our garage to a small 1,500 square foot warehouse where we hit a number of milestones - pictured above is our first "100 shipment day", with our then only full time-employee standing out front.
Now, with 25+ employees, and our current 11,000 square foot facility, we were fortunate enough to be entrusted by our customers to process and ship 20,000 customer shipments in the last 90 days.
