International Shipping Information

For shipments to addresses outside the United States, APOs, and US Protectorates, we now ship to almost any country, and you can pay in your local currency!

PartyPail.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. In utilizing International Checkout's services, PartyPail now serves customers in over 250 countries!

How to ship to your country:

• Place the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart
• Click "Checkout"
• Click the "International Checkout" button
• All shipping costs are provided up-front, and displayed in your local currency

Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. The friendly and professional people at International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping, and customer service. Once your order is complete, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout by email at Support@InternationalCheckout.com.

Transit Time

It generally takes 2 to 4 business days for your order to reach International Checkout’s California facility, then 5 to 14 additional days for the package to be delivered to your door. Personalized favor items, and made-to-order items such as diaper cakes may take upwards of 10 business days longer. Tracking Your International Checkout Order

International Returns

Once an order is placed for International shipment, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, some products are eligible for return, and full details are available on PartyPail's Return Policies page.
