Free UPS Ground Shipping On Merchandise Orders Over $99 Order more than $99 in merchandise, and you will receive free ground shipping via UPS! Orders must ship to Street Addresses in the Continental United States - not valid for shipments to PO Boxes. Order Verification: Billing & Shipping Address Issues If the "Ship To" location is different than the "Bill To" location, we may delay your order until we can confirm the details of your order via telephone. Please provide an accurate phone number where you can be reached during the day. If the billing address does not match the address on file with your bank, your order will be delayed until we can verify your address. To avoid order processing delays, please make sure you enter the exact address where your credit card or debit card statement is mailed in the "Bill To" fields in the shopping cart. WE SHIP FAST! Orders (without order verfication problems - see above) placed by 6:00 PM Eastern Time / 3:00 PM Pacific Time ship same business day! Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped on the next business day, typically a Monday (holidays may impact this schedule). If we are unable to ship within that time frame, we will call and/or email you with possible options to meet your needs. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose, and the shipping times begin AFTER the order leaves our warehouse. We ship via UPS or USPS (Priority Mail or Parcel Post) depending on the package size, it's shipping location, and the method of shipping you've selected. Typical delivery time for ground shipping is five business days (excluding the day it shipped). Remote locations, and APO may take longer. UPS 2 Day and 3 Day Rush Delivery Options For expedited shipping, we offer a choice of 3-Day and 2-day listed shipping options. Shipping times always begin the day after the order leaves our warehouse. Typically, the shippers we use do not include weekends and holidays in their deliver time estimates, and do not deliver on weekends or national holidays. For example, a 2-day order shipped on Thursday will arrive Monday rather than Saturday. Overnight Delivery Options We can custom quote an overnight rush delivery if you really need something that fast. For custom quotes, please call or email us with your zip code, and a list of the items in your order. USPS Priority Mail Shipping For APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii/Alaksa, and US Territories, plus for anyone who desires to use the US Postal Service Priority Mail service, we offer a USPS shipping option. Shipping times always begin the day after the order leaves our warehouse. USPS Priority Mail is generally a 2 to 3 day delivery service, and they also deliver on Saturdays, which can save you and extra delivery day. Don't select this option if:
APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii/Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other American Territories We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail. If you wish us to ship to you in any of these locations, please select our Priority Mail Shipping option when you place your order. If you do not select the Priority Mail Shipping Option when you check-out, we will manually process an upcharge to your credit card for this expedited handling. Please note that the USPS does not provide detailed package tracking like UPS, and they do not gaurantee their delivery times. For Guan, Puerto Rico, USVI, and other US territories, we reserve the right to review the order, and contact you with a custom shipping quote. Standard Shipping Rates - Free UPS Ground Shipping On Merchandise Orders Over $99! We may ship orders in more than one box, depending on the size of the order. Orders typically are charged the rates below, but certain oversized or custom items may have handling surcharges which will be described in the product detail page for that item. We reserve the right to not ship an order if for some reason (due to your specific location, the size of your order, etc.) your order has extraordinary handling or shipping charges from UPS or USPS. Our typically ship using our standard shipping costs as listed below - we will contact you within 1 business day if your order is subject to any additional handling charges.

Shipping Address Mistakes & Surcharges If your shipment requires extraordinary handling by our shipper due to the order having a wrong address, no one being available to receive the shipment, or any other reason, we will pass along those charges to you at the cost we've been charged by our shipping provider, and charge the credit card used in the original purchase. Return Policy and Procedures We at PartyPail take great care to market the best products, and the best value, with the best possible customer service. We want you to be satisfied, and if you're not we want a chance to make it right. Try as we might, we occassionally make mistakes, and we will work diligently to resolve any problems quickly. If you need to return an item because of a mistake we made, we will gladly accept a return as long as the item arrives back to us in it's original condition, and is able to be restocked in NEW CONDITION. The same applies if your party supplies don't arrive in time because of a failure on our part. In these situations, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price, and any shipping fees we charged you. If the order was shipped on time and arrived late because of a customer miscalculation of shipping times, or if you simply wish to return the item for other reasons, we will gladly accept the merchandise back. Upon receiving the returned items in NEW CONDITION, we will refund the purchase price of the items, minus our restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges. Our Restocking Fee is the greater of either $4.50 or 10% of the merchandise purchase price. If you received free shipping on your order, and return the package, in addition to the restocking fee, you will also be charged a return shipping fee of the actual UPS Retail Rate or USPS Retail Rate (depending on how the item was shipped to you) incurred by PartyPail to ship the item to you. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN SHIPPING ITEMS BACK TO US - WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS IF THE MERCHANDISE ARRIVES BACK TO US IN A CONDITION THAT, IN OUR OPINION, IT CANNOT BE RESOLD OR CONSIDERED NEW. We carefully pack our shipments so that they arrive at their destinations without damage or wear. If you are returning an item, you should take similar care to assure the items arrive back to PartyPail in a condition that another customer would find acceptable. You are responsible for any shipping charges, and insurance. As long as the item is in it's unopened original retail packaging, and arrives back to us in the same condition as we shipped it within 30 days of the original purchase date, without damage or wear, we are happy to take the item in return, less our Restocking Fee. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or receipt in the package, along with your name, address and telephone number (we cannot process returns if we do not have a valid phone number.) For your security, we recommend that you use an insured carrier such as UPS, FedEx or the USPS Priority Mail (with insurance).
